Since the release of Logo-X we're all finally able to get rid of the blue and white EvoX background (It wasn't bad you guys, just we get bored easily :P). I thought some of you may want to have a PacmanX background and splash so I threw one together.

We'll probably put together a snazzy X-Factor one soon so look out for it!
PacmanX Beta 1 Release >> Posted @11.26am by X-Factor
Wahey, PacmanX the beta has been released to the public. It isn't perfect yet, and that's why it's in beta form. You can find it from the usual places and on our chat room (read the room topic for info). This is our first proper release but you can expect more oh yes!
Plus, we'll be getting some tutorials up real soon (honest!). We've been flat out working on this and after the up till 3am release session yesterday we need a short rest. There'll be a meeting going on sometime through the day on #xfactor (EFnet) to discuss project plans etc. so if you want you can turn up and put in your two pence (cents/dimes whatever).
A bit of extra info; you need to know some programming to be on the team. No complete newbie who has never done any programming in any language is gonna pick it up too quickly. We're willing to teach and explain but we have limits. If you want to join but don't know anything then get started! There are hundreds (possibly thousands) of tutorials around the net if you bother to look.
Anyway, check out the PacmanX section.

BreakoutX3D v1.3 Released >> Posted @5.31pm by X-Factor
BreakoutX3D v1.3 has been released. Gameplay is mainly the same as the first version and this has been a mainly cosmetic update to keep you going till version two :)
You can find it in #xfactor on EFnet or by visiting the other usual places. BreakoutX3D was being developed solely by PartyMan, but since he joined the team, we've incorporated it into X-Factor.
